According to the 1880 US Census for Flagg, Ogle, Illinois, thirteen-year-old Effie Beggers was born about 1867 iin Illinois. Effie was the daughter of Daniel Beggers and Charlotte Unknown. In 1880, Effie was going to school. She passed away after 1880.
