Biography
Thomas Vaughan Wynn Phillips was born on 3rd May 1855 and baptised at St Andrew's, Plymouth, Devon on 30th May 1855.[1] He was the son of Thomas and Sarah Catharine (nee Kirkby). His father stated on the register that he was a solicitor and that they were living in Athenaeum Street at the time. Both his birth and baptism dates were recorded on the register.[2]
Thomas Vaughan W Phillips and Louisa Mary A de Horsey were married in the Oundle regstration district of Northamptonshire in 1885[3].
