Biography
Bernice was the biological daughter of John Albert Mooers and Abigail "Abbie" Hoxie.
Bernice never used her birth father's last name, her birth parents were never married. She was known as Bernice Hoxie.
Bernice married Harry A. Weymouth when she was 16 years old in 1915 and died just over a year later.
Bernice was laid to rest in an unmarked grave at the base of a lilac tree in the Evergreen Cemetery Milo Maine.
Years later a handmade personally painted stone now marks her grave courtesy of a find a grave contributor's grandson, young man named Anthony.
