BLUFF DALE - Bessie Pearcy of Tulsa, Okla., a longtime Bluff Dale resident, died Tuesday at a Tulsa nursing home. She was 89.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Bluff Dale.

Mrs. Pearcy was born in Bluff Dale and had lived in Bluff Dale most of her life before moving to Tulsa six months ago. She was a homemaker and member of Bluff Dale Methodist Church.

Memorials may be made to the Bluff Dale Methodist Church or the Bluff Dale Baptist Church.

Survivors: Son, Coke C. Pearcy of Tulsa; daughter, Mary Helen Rainey of Livingston; two sisters, Effie Harris of Bluff Dale and Tama Ratliff of Stephenville; brother, Paul Rhoades of Bluff Dale; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
