In a joint charter to the Chapel of St. John the Baptist in the parish of Corstorphine, confirmed 26th May 1429, Margaret Forstare [sic], relict of Sir Adam Forstare of Corstorphine, Knt., and [her son] Sir John Forstare of Corstorphine, Knt., donate certain annual-rents to the chapel from tenements of land in Edinburgh and the village of Leith and the temple lands in Medowfield in Corstorphine,[2]
