Biography
Rev Hon James Walter Lascelles was the son of Henry Lascelles, 3rd Earl of Harewood and Lady Louisa Thynne. He was born on 14 November 1831.
"He married Emma Clara Miles, daughter of Sir William Miles, 1st Bt, and Catherine Gordon, on 17 July 1856.
"He died on 25 November 1901 at age 70.
"He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, with a Master of Arts (M.A.). He held the office of Canon of Ripon. He was the Rector at Goldsborough."
