BENDIGO. The death has occurred of Miss Hilda Bissett, who was well known in edu cational circles in Bendigo. She had a brilliant scholastic career at Bendigo High School, ot which she was one of the first pupils. Later she gained the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Education. She was on the staff of Bendigo High School for many years, and also taught at Sale, where she was senior mistress, and at Geelong.
