Giacomo was born in 1888 in Roccamandolfi, Provincia di Isernia, Molise, Italy.

In 1925 he married (Mollie) Mary Cecilia (O'Sullivan/Day) Scandella. ^[1]

He passed away in 1926 and is buried at Karracutta Cemetery Roman Catholic-Ea-0183 Memorial ID 2136 21864. ^[2]
