Richard was born in 1772. He was the son of John Kingdon and Jane Hockin.
He was a legatee of his father.[1]
He passed away in 1839.
The will of his brother Dennis Kingdon written in 1850 mentions "the four daughters of my late brother Richard Kingdon Esquire deceased namely Ellen Dennis, Mary Delia, Augusta and Laura."[2]
