Biography
Frances was born in 1825, the daughter of Simeon Foss and Sarah Norris and the twin of Florilla.
She married Levi Totman Coombs (1823-1880) at Durham, Maine on 8 Dec 1854. They were the parents of six known children.
She passed away in 1912 and is buried at the Lisbon Cemetery, Lisbon, Maine.
