There is considerable variability in the spelling of Sarah's married name among sources. The 1850 U.S. Census, the newspaper obituary, the headstone, and the Hart family book all give "Peairs".
The obituary says that Sarah was born in Virginia, but that's clearly incorrect. The 1900 U.S. Census and other censuses all have the correct "Ohio".
