Biography
Sixteen-year-old Bliss was enumerated in 1881 with his widowed father and several siblings, starting with his 18-year-old twin sisters Mary and Catherine, and including the younger ones Andrew, Anna and Walter.
He was the postmaster for Hillsborough from 1913 until his death in 1942.[1]
