Cecelia was born in 1912. She passed away in 2006.
Obituary
Cecilia Frances (McKinney) Gregorcyk, 93, died on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, in George West.
She was a lifelong resident of Live Oak County. Aside from being a homemaker and a resident of George West, she was a member of the St. George Catholic Church in George West and the St. George Altar Society.
Mrs. Gregorcyk was born on Oct. 2, 1912, in Mikeska, Live Oak County, to the late Ellen "Nellie" Dolan and William Dewitt "Dee" McKinney.
She married William "Bill" Gregorcyk in Live Oak County in 1929.
Visitation was held on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. at the Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at the same location. The funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. George Catholic Church in George West with Father Joseph Olikkara officiating.
Special music included Barbara Bednorz on the organ and songs "On Eagles Wings," "Be Not Afraid" and "Amazing Grace." Burial followed at the Gussettville Cemetery in Gussettville.
Pallbearers were John Ed James, Lonnie Joe Gregorcyk, Mike Troell, Ted Troell, Jim Rosebrock, Dee Rosebrock, Guy Lindholm and Joseph Snider.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Mac Dee McKinney; sisters, Laura Dickenson and Myrtle Rosebrock; parents; and husband, William "Bill" Gregorcyk.
Survivors include her sister, Mary Troell of Oakville, and numerous nieces and nephews. Galloway & Sons Funeral Directors
