Ann was born in 1769. She was the daughter of William Lowndes and his wife Mary. She was baptised on 26 June 1769 in Winslow, Buckinghamshire, England.[1]
She lived at Cosgrove Priory with her niece Maria; her will is on the Cosgrove History website; she mentions her nephew Edward Selby-Lowndes of Winslow
