Erich, the son of book keeper Herr Erich Nohrström, was born in Falun 9 June 1708.[1] His mother was Christina Troilius.[2] His father, Erich Norström, was from Noret in Mora parish, son of the county bailiff.[3]
Erich Nohrström studied in Uppsala 1721-1729. He was ordained in 1731 and became Adjunctus in Vika parish. In 1735 he was employed as temporary Pastor in Ramnäs parish; in 1737 he became Adjunctus in Ramnäs. He was Comminister in Västervåla from 1742 to 1748 and Comminister in Odensvi parish from 1748 to 1758. In 1758 he became Pastor in Kärrbo, where he died 30 November 1789.[2]
According to his death record Erich Nohrström was married three times: in 1730 to Anna Saxell from Söderbärke, in 1759 to Sophia Bouttler and in 1772 with Clara Margareta Dahlin. He was survived by two of his six sons in the first marriage and both daughters, one of the three sons from his second marriage (the only daughter died) and one of his two daughters from the second marriage (both sons died).[4]
