Biography

No record has been found of the birth of Betsey Eastman, and her parents are unknown. She was born in New Hampshire about 1776, based on the 1850 census, which shows her living at East Livermore, Maine, in the household of her son-in-law and daughter, Salmon and Polly Turner,^[1] and that date is consistent with her age at her death from her gravestone.^[2]

Marriage

Betsey Eastman and John Fellows, both of Hawke (now Danville), New Hampshire, were married at Kingston, New Hampshire on 21 Feb 1799.^[3]
