Biography

Frank was born in Hardwick, Vermont on November 17, 1884, son of William Gifford and Elizabeth (Gordon) Wheeler. ^[1]

He married Maria Sophia Chesebrough on March 5, 1910 in Norwich, Connecticut.

He died in Connecticut in 1953. ^[2]. He was buried in Maplewood Cemetery, in Norwich, New London, Connecticut, USA. ^[3]
