- MATTHIAS Martin Burkett was born in 1780 in Pennsylvania, USA (According to the 1880 Census, George W Burkett says his father was born in Pennsylvania. William Burkett, who seems to be related via DNA shows his father born in Virginia though!!). He died in 1870 in Greene, Tennessee, United States. He married SUSANNA McNeese on 16 Jan 1805.
