Biography

Donna Marie Palmer, 74, passed away on July 19, 2016.

She was born Dec. 2, 1941, at home in Park Falls, Wisconsin, to Frank and Leona Kronberger. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Charles A. Palmer; son Tim (Becky), of Windsor, Colorado; daughter Patti Marshall, of Raleigh, North Carolina; grandchildren, Alisha, Michael, Jon, Emily, Taylor and Molly; great-grandchildren, Mason and Demitri; and beloved dogs, Teddy and Johnny. She is also survived by brothers, Thomas (Rosemary) Kronberger, of Park Falls, Raymond (Gloria) Kronberger, of Butternut, Wisconsin, Roland (Doris) Kronberger, of Park Falls, Theodore (Marlene) Kronberger, of Park Falls, and Peter (Diane) Kronberger, of Park Falls; sisters-in-law, Carol Kronberger, of St. Germain, Wisconis, and Hisa Kronberger, of Victorville, California; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was proceeded in death by her parents; son Brian Keith Palmer; brothers, Robert Kronberger, William Kronberger, Frank (Sonny) E. Kronberger and Donald Kronberger; sisters, Margaret Packard and Dorothy Koch; sisters-in-law, Darlene Fields Kronberger and Teen Kronberger; and brothers-in-law, Dale Packard and Burt Koch.

Donna lived in many cities across the United States. She and Chuck settled down in Laramie, where she worked at Ivinson Memorial Hospital for more than 20 years. Upon retirement, they sold their house in Laramie and traveled the country, making new friends wherever they went. They were active member in the Escapees RV Club and the Good Sam’s Club. Donna was a talented artist and seamstress who sold her goods at craft shows across the country. [1]
