European Aristocracy
Konrad I Hohenzollern was a member of the aristocracy in Europe.

Konrad I. of Nürnberg was born around 1186. He was the oldest son of Friedrich I. of Nürnberg and Sophie von Raabs. After his father's death, the younger brother Friedrich became Burgrave of Nürnberg. But in 1218 the brothers divided their father's lands: Friedrich received the County of Zollern, thereby founding the Swabian branch of the House of Hohenzollern, and Konrad received the Burgraviate of Nürnberg, founding the Franconian branch. Konrad died around 1260.

He probably was married to Adelheid von Frontenhausen and had 5 children:

LNAB should be Hohenzollern. Friedrich von Büren is supposed to be the ancestor of the Staufer, and he did have a son Konrad back in the 11th century, then there is a von Büren family in Westphalia occuring in the 11th century, both have nothing to do, though, with the Zollern.
