Hector MacNeil is a member of Clan MacNeil.

Hector MacNeill was born on about 1637 in the Isle of Barra, Inverness Co, Scotland. He married MacLeod of Lewis. They had four children. He was killed in the Battle of Worcester on 3 September 1651.
