Biography
Philip was born about 1815. He was the son of Philip James Cocks.[1]
He married Camilla Sophia Anne Newton in 1859 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.[2] She was the daughter of Rev. William Newton, vicar of Old Cleeve, Somerset.
He passed away about 1899.
