Biography

Joan or Jane Farington,^[1][2] was the dau. of William Farington (dvp. bef. 1536) & Isabel, dau. of John Clayton, esquire, of Clayton, Lancs. She was also the heir of her grandfather Sir Henry Farington.^[3]
