George was born in 1885 to John Fallis and Mary LeGear in Sarnia, Ontario.
In 1907, George moved to Vancouver, British Columbia. He was a Methodist Minister.
In 1911, George married Mabel Hockin. They do not appear to have had any children.
George was an Army Chaplain during both world wars. He wrote an autobiography "A Padre's Pilgrimage" that was published by Ryerson Press in 1953 after his death.
He passed away in 1952 in Vancouver.

Leading Churchman, G. O. Fallis Dies
VANCOUVER. (CP) Rev. George O. Fallis, 67, prominent churchman and former army chaplain, died here Friday.
He served in both the First and Second Great Wars, holding the honorary rank of lieutenant-colonel, and for his services was named a C.B.E.
Born in Sarnia, Ont, he came to British Columbia in 1907. He was a past president of the B.C. conference of the United Church and founder of Canadian Memorial Church here.
