Biography
Harvey was born in 1803. There is a conflict regarding where Harvey was born with the 1850 census indicating Alabama, and the 1860 census indicating Tennessee. The consensus appears to be the Harvey was born in Blount County, Tennessee. In 1824 Harvey married Mary Montgomery in Lawrence County, Alabama. [1] In 1850 and 1860 they are recorded on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [2][3]
