Biography
A daughter of John and Hazel Stonebreaker Hosterman On Oct. 2, 1948, Amber married the love of her life, Mahlon L. Bailey. Mr. Bailey preceded her in death on Nov. 28, 1974. Amber was a manager at Valley Manufacturing in Millheim until it closed in 1988. She was a well known waitress at many restaurants in the local area. Amber is survived by two daughters, Juanita R. Evans (Victor), of Lewisburg and Wanda B. Gerhab (Glenn), of Pleasant Gap; two grandchildren, Eric C. Bailey, of Astoria, N.Y. and Gretchen Norton (Jeff), of Lewisburg; and two great granddaughters, Bailey and Addison Norton, also of Lewisburg. Also surviving is one brother in law, William Lee Saxon, of MillheimAmber was preceded in death by siblings, Genevieve Saxon, Margaret Boob, Velma Neese and Mable Ard.
