Biography
Bob was born in 1923. He married Joyce Rosemary Pratt in 1950. Both grew up and educated in Toronto. Bob was professional engineer who held a top-ranking position with Canadian Westinghouse Ltd. until his retirement in 1975. They then moved from Ottawa to make their permanent home in Bishop Mills, Ontario. Interest in farming and local politics led to his twice successful re-election as Deptuy Reeve of Oxford-on-Rideau Township. Joyce Graham was a Registered Psychologist and worked for the Children's Aid Society, Carleton University, Ottawa and Brockville General Hospital's Infant Stimulation Program. Bob and Joyce's children included Thomas David (who digitized some Early Reminiscences of David Graham), Heather Jane, Vicki Shearer and James Robert.[1]
