Georgia was born about 1914 in New York. Her parents were Amos Cotting Schermerhorn and Georgia Williams.

Georgia's mother died in 1929. In 1930, Georgia and her brother Amos were living with Frank Neville Miller, her mother's last husband, in North Carolina.^[1]

Georgia married Butler Cox.

In 1966, Georgia was living in Rochester, New York.

She passed away after 1966.
