Hannah was born about 1814. She is likely the daughter of John Harbison and Nancy Browne who were married in Preble, Ohio four years earlier. Hannah Harbison married Alfred Kitchen on 19 Aug 1841 in Preble, Ohio, United States. She passed away in 1880 from pneumonia and was buried in Grove City Methodist Church Cemetery, Grove City, Christian County, Illinois, USA
