Anne is mentioned in her mother's will of 1589 [1] and also the will of her half brother Hierome of 1594. [2]
Her half brother William's will of 1603 mentions her as Anne Burnette, so she had married by this time.[3]
Anne is shown in the Berry Pedigree as the eldest son of William (or possibly Jerom) and Jane daughter of .... Wingffeld of Brantham in Suffolk, and wife of William Smyth of Pepper Harrow in Surrey. This indicates that her first husband must have died and she remarried.[4]
