Biography

Giuseppe was born in 1888. He was the son of Domenico Cocco and Maria Rosanna Lamparelli. ^[1]

He married Eleonora Bruno in Casalbore on February 15, 1914. ^[2]

He fought in WWI as part of the 243rd Infantry Regiment. He died of pneumonia in 1917 in an Austro-Hungarian prisoner of war camp in Laibach (today Ljubljana). ^{[3] [4]} He is buried in Žale Central Cemetery. ^[5]
