Biography
Anders was born a twin with Carl in Järeda parish 19 November 1794. Their parents were Magnus Andersson and his wife Lisa Jonsdotter, at the time farm hands in Västra Gränö.[1] In 1806 we find the family as farmers in Kvillö. The twins are only dated with their birth year.[2] In the next record their birthdate has been entered as 19 August 1794, and this date will follow Anders in the future.[3]
Anders Magnusson got married towards the end of 1825. The name of the bride has not been entered. He was a parish shoemaker at the time, living in Kongsbro.[4] There we find him with Maria Magnidotter.[5]
The couple moved to Ökna parish in 1834 with three children. Two more were born in Ökna. They lived in Torpa Åkagård.[6] Their cottage was named Åkelund.[7][8]
Anders Magnusson died 5 April 1858.[9]
