Biography

Son of Burdette Everett Garland and Mary Lumsden born and died at Bangor,Maine. Served in WWI. Buried in Millinocket, Maine.

Records difficult to interpret. He was married to Dorothy McManus in 1922 at the time of the birth of their first child Lois Adella Garland who was born and died in 1922. They had daughter Joan the next year. in 1940 Dorothy was not living with her husband. They were apparently divorced and remarried in 1947.
