Biography
Catherine MacKay was born on December 27, 1848, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, her father, Martin MacKay, was 30, and her mother, Mary Cain, was 28. She married Richard Allison Estey in New Brunswick, Canada. They had three children during their marriage. She died on December 6, 1903,[1] in her hometown at the age of 54 and was buried in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada .[2][3][4]
