Biography
Joseph was born in Grand Isle, Maine or directly across the St. John River in Rivière-Verte, Nouveau-Brunswick in 1885. He was the son of François Boucher and Hortense Dubé. He married Febrenie/Sophronie Pelletier in Frenchville, Maine in 1905. Joseph died in Eagle Lake in 1967 and was buriedin the St. Louis Cemetery in Fort Kent, Maine.
