Son of Charles Fritz and Nancy Jane Knight
Married Fern Warden. Children: Marjorie, Richard, Charles, Norma.
Francis was injured in his rescue efforts at the Bath School bombing. His daughter Marjorie was killed in the disaster, and his son Richard sustained injuries from which he died a year later.
