Unidentified Newsclipping - 1873 RODMAN.--Mrs. Susannah T. Rodman, wife of N. T. Rodman, died near Tafton, Pike County, Pa., aged 68 years. "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord, henceforth; Yes saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them." Sister R. experienced religion in her early youth, and lived to see her husband and all her children converted. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church for about fifty years. Though not over confident in the relations of her religious experience in health, she was permitted to be triumphant upon the approach of death, giving the most positive evidence of being able to "read her title clear to mansions in the skies."
