Biography

Vincenzo was born before 1692 [1] to Giuseppe Saladino and Leonarda Sant'Angelo [2]. He married Vincenza Montalbano in 1710 [3]. We know of 4 surviving children, probably indicating a large family. He was widowed and remarried in 1735 to the widow Vincenza Mangiaracina [4]. Vincenzo was still living as of 11 April 1752 [5].

Research Notes

There is another Vincenzo Saladino of the same age, Saladino-201, who parallels this man in many respects. This other Vincenzo was married to an Anna Montalbano rather than Vincenza Montalbano. For now, I am keeping them separate but they may, with more data, prove to be the same person with an error in the name of his wife.
