Alfred was born in 1898. He is the son of Andrew Sorenson and Jane Carr. ^[1]

His occupation was in confectionary. He married Jessie Brown ( Florence ) on 11 August 1919, at Campbells Creek.

They had 3 children , Mavis, Thelma and Reginald.

He dies in 1973 in Preston West, Victoria. ^[2]
