Peggy married Charles Mack Starnes (born on December 4, 1942 in Scott, Virginia, United States; son of Bartley Johnson Starnes and Emma Clara Taylor).
Peggy died on December 31, 2008, aged 69. She is commemorated at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee.[1]
