Biography
Thomas Arnold Herbert (known as "Arnold") was a member of the United Kingdom Parliament.
He was born in 1863 in Cheshire, England (United Kingdom). [1]
He studied at St John's College, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England. He was a barrister.
He married Elizabeth Goodier Haworth in 1896 in Cheshire. [2]
in Altrincham, Cheshire.
They lived at some point in Kensington Park Gardens, London W 11, England.
Arnold Herbert was elected Member of Parliament for Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, in 1906, running as a Liberal against a Conservative in the General Election. He served until the 1910 General Election, when he lost the seat to a Conservative.
He passed away in 1940 in Wycombe. [3]
