Charles Maurice Camille was born on 25 January 1843 in Paris. He was the son of Alexandre Emond de Talleyrand-Périgord, duc de Dino, and Marie Valentine Joséphine de Sainte Aldegonde.
The divorcé of Elisabeth Curtis, he married Adèle Livingston Sampson on 25 January 1887. They later divorced, effective 2 April 1903.[1]
