Biography

Anna Sophia was born in Hedvig Eleonora parish 1 March 1812. She was the daughter of actor Johan Frodelius and his wife Anna Christina Widerberg.[1] Anna Sophia's mother died when she was one year old. Her father remarried.

In 1828 Demoiselle Anna Sophia Frodelius came to Lidingö.[2] She is also noted on the same page as her father and stepmother, although much further down on the page. Her father drowned in late October 1828.[3]

Anna Sophia Frodelius stayed on with her stepmother.[4] In 1838 (3 November) Anna Sophia Frodelius married Fredric Leopold Cedergren, owner of a watch factory.[5]

They moved to Stora Kopparberg in 1845 with their son, Johan Fredric August, born in 1839. Cedergren died in September 1863.[6] Widow Anna Sophia Cedergren lived with her son in Stora Skedvi.[7] They moved to Falun in 1873.[8] Anna Sofia Frodelius seems to have survived her son and his widow.[9]

Widow Anna Sofia Cedergren died in Falun 29 June 1883.[10]
