Biography
Albertina Vilhelmina was born 25 March 1818 to the watch manufacturer Daniel Norgren and his wife Sofia Vilhelmina Palmgren.[1] Her mother died in 1825. Her two brothers, one elder and one younger, lived with their father, who died in 1831. Albertina Vilhelmina must, however, have been fostered elsewhere.[2]
Albertina Wilhelmina Nordgren married styckjunkaren Oscar Magnus Wilhelm Philp 27 September 1849. By that time they already had three children.[3]
From 1855 to 1857 von Philp was stationed in Visby. The family lived there at least part of the time. One daughter may be born there.[4][5]
When Albertina Wilhelmina Philp, born Nordgren, died 1 August 1893, she was a widow since 14 January 1891.[6]
