The household record for 1711 counts Claes Claesson Doije as 43 years old. There are three children in the household in this record: Maria (15), Anna (11) and Johan (10).[1][2] It seems that ages in these household records are usually under-estimated.
Homesteader Claes Claesson in Nedre Norrsjön died 25 February 1750. According to his death record he was 92 years old.[3] That is ten years more than the household record 1711 indicates. It also does not agree with the birth date of his mother.
