Biography

Clyde K Shroyer was born on February 5, 1877, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was the daughter of of John Shroyer and Martha Anderson. She married Charles Andrew Norvell on September 7, 1898, in Memphis. They had four children during their marriage. She died on March 7, 1949, in Memphis, at the age of 72, and was buried there.

Norvell - At St. Joseph Hospital, Monday morning, March 7, 1949 at 1:05 o'clock; Mrs. Clyde K. Norvell, aged 72 years. Wife of Charles A. Norvell; mother of Cliff Norvell; sister of Mrs. E. T. Tennison, all of this city and Mrs. F. W. Bailey of Dallas, Texas.

Funeral services conducted by the Rev. T. O. Slaughter, will be held at the National Funeral Home, 1177 Union Avenue, this (Tuesday) afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Friends are invited. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
