Biography
Somerset was born in 1830. He was the son of William Clarke and Catherine Molyneux. Change of name by Deed Poll from Clarke to Wiseman-Clarke in 1873. A.D.C. to Brig. Gen. at Belfast 1st April 1887 He passed away in 1905.
