"From this marriage there were 4 children, Nathan, Henry, William, and Ann Elizabeth, who was born 1832 and died July 19, 1839 at age 7."^[5]

On the 1840 U.S. Census, Henry Seward was living in Chester, Morris, New Jersey.^[6]

On the 1850 U.S. Census for Chester, Morris, New Jersey, Henry was 55 yrs. old and working as a farmer. His wife Beulah is 49 yrs. old. Son William is 9 yrs. old.^[7]

On the 1860 U.S. Census for Chester, Morris, New Jersey, Henry was 65 yrs. old & still farming. His wife Beulah was 59 yrs. old. Son William, 19 yrs. old, was still living with them.^[8]
