Daughter of Carl Francis Lewis (1904–1964) and Amanda Elizabeth Upp (1909–1980).

1st marriage: Betty Louise Lewis married Carl William Myers on 14 October 1944 in Jay, Indiana. Both were 18 years old at the time of marriage.

Children:

1. Carl William Myers, Jr. (1948-2006).

2nd marriage: Betty Louise Lewis married Dewey Roosevelt Moses on 5 September 1969 in Redkey, Jay, Indiana.
