Biography
Hugh Tuite was born in July 1747, the son of Sir Henry Tuite, 6th Bt. and Mary Morgan. [1]
He married Sarah Elizabeth Chenevix, daughter of Lt.-Col. Daniel Chenevix, in 1792.
He died in 1843.
He gained the rank of Army Captain.
He fought in the Siege of Gibraltar.
He lived at Sonagh, County Westmeath, Ireland.
